The level of personal service was outstanding

Undertook warranty work on my Evoque. The central locking mechanism needed replacing. The level of personal service was outstanding, I was kept advised of the communications between the warranty company and garage, advised when the part was ordered, received and once the work was done. On collection, the car was ready and waiting and I was taken to my car and thanked for my custom. In all, I was impressed with the customer service and the work on my car. I would travel to Wigan again for work on my car and recommend them to anyone. It was great to receive such good service. Thank you John and Co.
